Our stay at Taj chia Kutir was truly amazing.The check in was also great,we were offered a truly amazing welcome drink during check in.Rishi,Prerna,Lokesh, Chef Pankaj and Amit Sarkar made our stay truly amazing at Taj chia kutir.We are hoping to visit again soon.

Beautiful property. Wonderful food and staff.enjoyed the peace and quiet. The spa was excellent . Would recommend everyone to go there to listen to monks chanting. That was beautiful. The views the food the staff all . The Bengali food was delicious and so was the north eastern cuisine

It is a beautiful resort in the mountains with easy accessibility by air and road with wonderful clear mountain air, amidst views of mountains valleys and lush Tea Gardens. Exemplary service, a fantastic SPA, Awesome food and beautiful ambience. A heavenly retreat. The staff is excellent and extremely courteous and would go out of the way to make you comfortable to pamper you to whims and fancies. The bartender Mr. Sonam with his exotic cocktails and mocktails would make an ideal evening for you with live music with a local band. Overall a 5 * experience.

Wonderful property in the heart of beautiful town of Kurseong amidst the Makaibari Tea Gardens. Top Quality hospitality as expected from Taj. Special thanks to Mr. Amit Sarkar, Operations Manager, ***** with the fantastic team. Lokesh & Reema from the front desk, Sadrak and team from Spa, Prakash from Housekeeping, Anshuman at Breakfast and entire F&B Team for a fantastic experience, great food and blissful environment.

In lush green tea plantation of Makai Bari, this resort is perfect place to enjoy tranquility of nature & taj hospitality in the property owned by Neotia family constructed with wooden interiors. Balconies of rooms, largeVaranda & decks overlooking the valley allows to enjoy the surrounding in true sense.

We had a wonderful time during our stay for the 3 nights at Taj Chia Kutir . Calm serene nestled amidst the tea plantations it’s a beautiful property . Didn’t care much abt going to the city as we enjoyed the treks n other activities offered by the hotel though some of them were quite steep . Must make mention of Ms Khushi at the front desk was really courteous efficient n handled our check in n check out very smoothly . Mr Rohan at the Chia restaurant served us very well n was very well informed abt the cuisines n the various choices n his recommendations were super . The spa was good too ..Miss Pui Pui was super efficient n hygienic n knew her job well where the massage was concerned. Only the high tea was a bit of a disappointment it could have been better for sure !
